Our Governance Structure

Responsibility for our governance is shared between a number of bodies representing management, employees, students and alumni, with support and guidance provided through two independent boards comprised of industry experts and business leaders.

Employee Committee

Comprising six members drawn from our Swiss campuses plus one member from London, this committee represents the interests of our employees, delivering advice and recommendations to school leadership via face-to-face meetings held throughout the year. The Employee Committee is consulted in particular on cases concerning health protection, organization of working time and working conditions.

 

Student Government Association (SGA)

The Student Government Association (SGA) ensures that students’ voices are heard by faculty and management, as well as overseeing a variety of on-campus clubs and committees. The SGA is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the ‘Glion Spirit’, through engaging projects, exciting events, and enhancements made to the overall student experience.

Alumni Association of Glion (AAG)

With more than 16,500 members worldwide, the AAG is an active community of Glion alumni. Under the direction of an Executive Board headed by the AAG President, the association nurtures the ongoing relationship between the school and former students, while also encouraging members’ personal growth through industry connections, job opportunities and lifelong learning.
