Faculty Council Member and Visiting Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education

Erica has held global leadership positions in Luxury Retail at Louis Vuitton Malletier and La Prairie Group across Europe. Prior to that, she served in the Banking and Law industries as a specialist of business law, later enabling her to handle complex legal and regulatory issues in the Luxury industry.

In her commercial leadership roles, Erica has exceled in building client-centric teams, driving operational and commercial excellence within diverse cultural settings. Her dedication, combined with the ability to navigate the complexities of retail management, has enabled her to make significant contributions to the luxury industry, consistently delivering financial and operational impact.

As a Visiting Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education and EDHEC, she is passionate about shaping the future leaders within the vibrant Luxury and Hospitality industries. She delivers courses on Global Luxury Operations, Retail Management and Retail Physical Distribution Channels to Master’s students and Executives. She distinguishes her lectures by combining her academic knowledge with her experience from transforming retail teams and networks for top luxury brands.

Erica holds an MBA from HEC Paris, an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law and a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is fluent in French, Spanish & English and currently learning German.
