Dr. Giuseppe Catenazzo
Dr. Catenazzo is the Dean of Academics at Helvetic Business School, Head of Research & Adjunct Lecturer at the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and an External Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HEG & HEPIA Geneva, HEIG-VD Yverdon-les-Bains).
Dr Catenazzo is an editor of international research books; his research on quality perceptions, service recovery, and complaining behaviour has been published in Production Planning and Control, the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, and the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction & Complaining Behavior.
An Italian and Swiss citizen, Giuseppe speaks several languages. He studied in Switzerland (PhD in Management), France (Masters’ in Management and Research), the United Kingdom (PGCert in Applied Environmental Economics) and Italy (Bachelor’s in Economics and Management). He is also a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), and a Certified Member of the Market Research Society (CMRS) in the United Kingdom.
